The time has finally come...we have made all of our final “big" wedding planning decisions. We have a date, location, and many many wonderful vendors working with us to make our day extra special. This can only mean one thing: it's time to celebrate! For the past two months we have celebrated our engagement with a few fun “traditional" wedding planning activities and experiences.
Our first stop was cake tasting. We have known since the day Jourdan proposed what type of wedding cake we wanted, and we are so excited to have found a fabulous baker, Katie of Sweet Peeps Bakery, who can accommodate our dream cake flavor. Tasting her yummy cakes was one of those priceless “we're getting married" moments, and we can't wait to surprise our guests with our favorite flavor!

Next on our list was to go gift registry shopping! On a Sunday morning in October we woke up extra early for a private registry event at Crate & Barrel, and let us tell you, it was a blast. The store was practically empty and Jourdan was a natural with the personal scanner! You can find all of our registry information on our Gift Registry page.
And finally, our wedding wouldn't be complete without WEDDING RINGS! We are so excited to have chosen the bands that will forever symbolize our love and marriage. Now we just have to wait 255 more days to exchange them with our vows!
Bye for now,
